Bootsy Collins is starting a university. Really I don't know why I really need to say anything more than that -- but if you're interested, The Funk University is specifically an online school for Bass Guitar that Bootzilla will be administering himself.

Classes start on July 1, 2010, and will be geared towards intermediate to advanced level bassists.
The guy is a legend, and a hell of a bass player -- so if you've got the time and the interest it's definitely worth a look.
